Olga Vickers is always on the cutting edge of fashion and glamour. Knowing what is hot or what is in style, brings a very unique look to her photos. Photographing brides in their most beautiful and elegant ways to capturing that baby's smile and emotion are some Olga's skills behind the camera.
In addition to her photography skills, Olga is one of our main album designer and photoshop guru, making regular images look magical and totally unique. The Olga style of photographing, there will be little doubt that I love to have fun and I have fun photographing you, your family, your wedding, or your event. I photograph weddings in a “documentary”, “photojournalistic”, “reportage”, “candid” or “however you’d like to describe it” style. I like to call it story telling, because I understand what it means. I do however like to splash in some traditional photography for those easily framed images and those classic romantic images that might not always happen. This means that I ~~ Try to tell a story with my pictures, both as a whole body of work (i.e. your album should tell the story of your day, from start to finish) and individually (i.e. you should be able to look at each picture and it tell you a story. ~~ Photograph your wedding as discreetly as possible. I won’t tell you what to do, where to go next or how to look. I aim to photograph your day as it happens. ~~ However, I do take some family group photos and some portraits of the two of you together My portraits are relaxed and don’t involve you contorting yourself into bizarre poses. I do try to make portraits that connect. ~~ Overall, I want you to have pictures which spark great memories of your day. |
